Jonathan Keller learned early in his career that what drove and inspired his best work was a love for the “process.” The discovering. The analyzing. The executing. “Regardless of one’s intentions, it’s the commitment to — one might say the obsession with — each granular piece of the process that drives success. Whether it’s dealing with a tenant’s space concerns or negotiating and closing a multi-million dollar real estate deal.”

As owner and founder of The Fremont Group, Jonathan brings that philosophy to his work every day. Over the past 20-plus years, he has overseen transactions worth more than $450,000,000. He also takes pride in his “local boy” status. Jonathan has made Hartford home for the past 25 years and has deep roots in both the civic and business communities. These local relationships inform the decisions he makes as an investor, property owner, and property manager.

“When you truly believe in what you’re doing, you’re engaged every step of the way, and not just thinking about the payoff at the end of the road. This is my approach in my personal life, and my business life.”
